- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Two months ago had a problem with store staff. Extremely rude and disrespectful to customer. Had another incident with this girl today raising her voice and remarking she doesn't care how she treats customers!!! Will be reporting this to district manager. I should have made a formal report after first incident. This is the ONLY person who has been so blatantly rude and disrespectful in this Rite Aid. I have always had good customer service with other staff members. Unfortunately, it only takes one person to leave a bad impression of staff behavior.May 05, 2017by Tracie Lindstrom
